Good article mentors provide assistance and feedback to editors who are new to reviewing. If you are interested in reviewing but are not sure where to start, requesting a mentor can make the process easier. To request a mentor, press the button below and follow the instructions.
Mentors can:
- Help find an article suitable for a new reviewer to review
- Explain any of the good article criteria and how to assess them
- Check a review to make sure it was done correctly
- Answer any other questions about how to review a good article nomination
Mentors are not expected to complete any part of the review. Mentorship is optional, and you do not have to request a mentor to begin reviewing.

This is a list of users who have volunteered to be good article mentors. If you wish to choose a specific mentor, you can leave a message on one of their talk pages. Remember that not all of them might be active or be able to help at any given time. If you're an experienced reviewer, you can add your name! You do not need to be on this list to answer a request for mentorship. Mentors are encouraged to add the mentorship page to their watchlist.

Mentorship Request for the Reviewing Process
I will work on Talk:Zhongli (Genshin Impact)/GA1 at my own pace, so I'm requesting a mentor to monitor my progress in case I hit any obstacles. Thanks, it's lio! | talk | work 13:38, 23 December 2025 (UTC) 21:38, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
Talk:Bella Ramsey/GA1 – I have just (about) finished my first GA review at the attached, and was hoping an experienced editor could give it a once over to make sure that there aren't any issues I've missed before I pass the article. Many thanks, Nil🥝 11:10, 24 December 2025 (UTC)

Hello all! I'm wanting to get experience with reviewing GAs before the upcoming WP:GAD in February. I'm also entering the WikiCup, and reviewing GAs would greatly help in my participation throughout the year. I've been wanting to help the community around quality articles for a while now, and I'm hoping someone can guide me through this intimidating process, haha. My interest areas mostly focus around biographies, particularly American sports including football, baseball, and basketball. Biography articles are what I'm most experienced in from my background with WP:ITNRD. Any help and mentorship through the review process is appreciated!

- Hi The Robot Parade, while I have only some experience with biographies, American sports or otherwise, I'm sure we can muddle through together. Find an article you would like to review and give me a ping. Rollinginhisgrave (talk | edits) 00:12, 6 January 2026 (UTC)
Hi all! I'm new to this process, and figure I'd get started before the article I made a review pledge on received one. Might as well get the ball rolling and help out in advance. Though I'm not too concerned about the review process itself (though would appreciate some tips on how to precisely judge criteria), I'm having some difficulty with implementing the correct source code to update the talk page of my review article and the nominations page accordingly. Any assistance in that process would be greatly appreciated.
You can find my initial message here. Getting that added to the nominations page and its relevant talk page, as well as fit into the relevant categories would be extremely helpful. All the best, and thanks in advance!

- Hi @CSGinger14, thanks for taking on this review. I think the issues you raise here have been resolved. For future reference, you opened the review at 13:31, and you posted here at 13:41. The reason you beginning the review hadn't shown up on the WP:GAN page when you commented here was because it is added there automatically by ChristieBot, which runs every 20 minutes. You can see it arrive at Talk:Culpeper, Virginia/GA1 at 13:46 in this edit and get added to WP:GAN at 13:52 in this edit.
- Let me know if you need any additional eyes or assistance at the review by commenting here or pinging me there. Rollinginhisgrave (talk | edits) 13:58, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
