You need sources from at least 2 people that aren't affiliated with the band where the album is discussed in length. The first source, from Moog's website would arguably count, but there is a question about whether it is independent enough. The second source is not independent whatsoever. If what the promotional material from Moog's website is true, there might be some more-than-trivial references to the album in historical texts that have to do with Moog synthesizers. If you can find something that goes in depth on this album, or 2-3 more sources of the depth that the Moog reference has, the article would be viable.
