The references are to wedding announcement, memorial announcement and other trivial coverage. The creator has produced numerous COI articles about family members, their businesses, etc. Wikipedia is not a genealogical site WP:NOTGENEALOGY to memorialize one's family tree, there are numerous websites such as Ancestry where this can be done as well as free sites, or if they want a more "official" repository of family history online, they should invest in their own domain name and learn Wordpress or hire someone to make a nice website on their family tree and associated stories of one's ancestor's lives.
