Deviating from this style, as you did in Documentum, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Your edits were good, except that you need to follow MOS:SECTIONHEAD, which states: "Section headings should generally follow the guidance for article titles, and should be presented in sentence case (Funding of UNESCO projects in developing countries), not title case (Funding of UNESCO Projects in Developing Countries)."
