Request reason:

WP:PROXY-block can't be avoided as m:NOP#Exceptions clearly tells the next: "...many users are known to access through open proxy unknowingly due to the default setting of their browser... change it to no proxy access." That is exactly what I've done. Taking in view block meant as ostensibly avoided was the template:blocked proxy (where in particular, told the next: "...you will need to disable it or turn it off [other words - to change the IP] in order to edit Wikipedia...") it's ridiculous to block for it's evasion. Other words current block was not needed as I've done exactly as both wikimedia and template:blocked proxy recommends and no any other way - that way clearly following current wikipedia/wikimedia policies 83.142.111.124 (talk) 19:04, 9 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I'm going to try to explain this to you one final time. You are NOT the innocent victim of a proxy block aimed at someone else. So stop portraying yourself as one. The instructions you keep referring to here and in other unblock requests don't apply to you. They are for people caught up in a block intended for someone else. Here, you are the person intended to be blocked. You as a person are prohibited from editing articles and talk page other than your own as long as your block is active. You are not allowed to edit with an other IP, through resetting your router or changing your browser settings, nor with an account to circumvent. The reason you were blocked is your behavior and what you have done since your multiple blocks hasn't helped you at all. Calling the blocking administrator a liar as well as calling an other editor a liar while you are evading your block is unacceptable. If you want to return to editing while staying out of trouble you will need to change your attitude.
