Turkish nationalism
The party holds turkish nationalism as a core value and should be added 2A0A:EF40:134:7201:CC8D:E916:3FB1:F04D (talk) 15:43, 5 April 2025 (UTC)
Kemalism
Bit of a bold take, but this party isn’t really “kemalist” Anymore as it now just seems to adhere to Modern Turkish nationalism, as the guy above me mentioned. It’s also worth noting that The party’s website only mentions Ataturk himself once. Let me know what you guys think Brandon4433 (talk) 14:19, 12 April 2025 (UTC)

Anti-immigration should be added into the ideology section
the official site of the party still frature anti-immigration and their current leaders have used anti-immigration slangs in their speech even in 2025, I don't see why it shouldn't be, there's million of people voting for them because of their anti-immigration stance. ~2025-33696-16 (talk) 20:00, 15 November 2025 (UTC)
- First anti-immigration is a policy and not a ideology second this is WP:UNDUEWEIGHT Shadow4dark (talk) 20:19, 15 November 2025 (UTC)
- Mqny parties on wikipedia have "anti-immigration' written on their ideology sections so I followed the same pattern
- Here's a few examples

- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progress_Party_(Denmark)

- The Wikipedia community had always included policies like anti-immigration into ideology section so I did the same thing, I don't think this considered as UNDUEWEIGHT since their Anti-immigration is reason why they got so popular even in very conservative regions who used to vote for AkP and the only reason people vote them here is because of their anti-immigration view. It was one of the main talking point of the party until the arrest of Istanbul Erkem Imamğolu, they still talk about it and promise to deport all immigrants.
- Also why remove civic nationalism? I added this because CHP rejected ethnonatioanlaism unlike so many Kemalist movements and parties who embrace Turkish identity as ethnic not civic identity. ~2025-33696-16 (talk) 20:55, 15 November 2025 (UTC)
- Consensus of other pages are not relevant for this page. First step to add these content is inside body and not infobox Shadow4dark (talk) 23:25, 15 November 2025 (UTC)

Political Position
The core ideology of the party include Turkish nationalism, anti-immigration, and many other political positions that by far don’t characterise a center left or even center party. By any real standards the party would be designated as center-right to right-wing at best. Lmagoutas (talk) 21:21, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
