Armenian Terrorism - A Chronological List, 1973 - 1986

During a 16-year period from 1973 to 1986, various Armenian terrorist organisations claimed responsibility for about 200 attacks on Turkish diplomatic and non-diplomatic institutions and murdered 55 Turkish and 16 non-Turkish people and wounded hundreds of others. Armenians also targeted their own people who refused to make financial contribution to Armenian terrorism. Below is a chronological list of Armenian terrorist activities from 1973 to 1986.

In view of the evidences presented in the recognition section of this article itself, it seems like that especially taking action against identifying the organization as a terrorist organization seems to be an active breech of Wikipedia's neutrality stance. 46.2.220.90 (talk) 16:35, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Bias

why yall avoiding using the word terrorist in this page ? Asala is a terrorist organization that killed innocent people and yall just calling it a 'militant organization' while their opponent Grey Wolves is described as 'racist and ultranafionalist terror organization' in wikipedia?

Cut the bullsht they are literally the same sht, 2 terrorist organization. ~2025-31276-54 (talk) 08:37, 6 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Flag in infobox is fake; Sourced from 2016

In the info box of the Article, there is a black and white flag depicted, which is sourced from an Azerbaijani Media Outlet, showing a flag flying in the Nagorno-Karabakh region in 2016 (ASALA ceased operations in 1991). The two other sources are obviously not of the time period either. However, looking at actual sources, publications, interviews of ASALA members, and pictures, it can be concluded that the actual flag of ASALA is a Square/Rectangle Red Flag with a White disk in the centre (ASALA's emblem). In every single video depicting ASALA soldiers, if there is a flag, it is always the mentioned red one. Please pay attention to material listed below. ASALA was also described as a "Marxist-Leninist" organization by the US Department of State, which also provides obvious reasoning as to why the flag utilized red.

It pains me to see that this false depiction of the flag has grown in popularity - especially in Armenian social spheres, where they use a flag similar to that of the aesthetics of Daesh and Al-Qaeda, while ignoring the actual banner. Yeghishedaviti (talk) 01:14, 25 December 2025 (UTC)[reply]
