I visited Chicago in 1996, selecting the Everest as place for dinner from a list of restaurants having a Gault Millau rating. That rating was 18 points. In the Gault Millau article I cannot find anything about ratings in the US. Is there any information about Gault Millau and the US? FredTC (talk) 12:28, 11 February 2026 (UTC)[reply]
