Poľany (Hungarian: Pólyán) is a village and municipality in the Trebišov District in the Košice Region of south-eastern Slovakia.

History

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1214.

Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 100 metres (330 ft)[3] and covers an area of 18.50 km2 (7.14 sq mi) (2024).[4]
