Boris Karloff (kodanikunimega William Henry Pratt, tuntud ka kui Karloff ja Karloff the Uncanny; 23. november 1887 – 2. veebruar 1969) oli briti filminäitleja, kes sai tuntuks oma rollidega õudusfilmides, eriti Frankensteini monstrumi osatäitjana filmides "Frankenstein" (1931), "Frankensteini pruut" (1935) ja "Frankensteini poeg" (1939).
