Comments

@History6042:

  • EARWIG shows 4.8% - violations unlikely.
  • According to Link-dispenser,
    • 3 links that could be down are missing archive links.
    • 37 refs need an archive link. Except Marca doesn't work when it gets archived, the whole thing glitches, and some are not allowed to be archived.
  • There's a a duplicated citation - ref 24 & 25.
  • Should link publishers in citations wherever possible.
  • Refs 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 16, 27, 33, 36, 38, 42, 44, 45, 48, 49 & 50 aren't formatted properly.
  • Check the dates on citations..
  • Also, in the citations publishers such as Olympics, Olympics.com, International Judo Federation, Olympic.org etc. shouldn't be italicized. Used the |Publisher= parameter on the CS1 templates to do so.
  • Add a language variant template.  Not done, I don't know how.
  • In the infobox,
    • Add caption to the flag.
    • Just say Paris, no need for France to be there.
    • Don't have to put the year twice.  Not done, it is mandatory by the template I think.
    • Not sure if the "Other related appearances" is necessary...  Not done, it is mandatory by the template I think.
  • Could mention the medalists as well in the lead.
  • Isn't there a work-around to avoid the whitespace before the medalists table... It could be done by adjusting widths, but also consider "Background" and "Competitors" section before the "Medalists" as that is a more proper order.
  • Can't the background section be expanded a bit more..
  • Link closing ceremony in the background section.
  • Add sources to the Competitors section.
  • Each table should have seperate "Key" or "Legend" lists below them, if applicable.
  • Isn't there an Olympics page on Wikipedia which could be linked to "universality places"..?  Not done, I don't think there is one.
  • "He finished the race in 2:13.29 minutes" - he?
  • On 2 August was round 1 from which she advanced to the Repechage; no mention of "round 1" anywhere..
  • Don't have to mention other medalists from different countries here.
  • Should mention what the rank is in the Athletics prose. Also, what is "TR17.2.3"?
  • No need for abbreviations / Screen tips, instead use the Key / Legend for that.
  • Also not necessary to link Athletics abbreviations#Disqualifications.
  • First sentence of the "Judo" section should be, "Kosovo qualified five judokas for the Olympics: Akil Gjakova,[6] Distria Krasniqi,[7] Nora Gjakova,[8] Laura Fazliu,[9] and Loriana Kuka;[10] all of whom qualified through International Judo Federation (IJF) World Ranking List.[11]" - remove qualification from the subsequent paragraphs.
  • Mention the full form IJF and link it on the first mention.
  • Link Daniel Cargnin (judoka) in the prose.
  • In the prose, women's –78 kg is linked to Judo at the 2024 Summer Olympics – Women's 57 kg instead of Judo at the 2024 Summer Olympics – Women's 78 kg.
  • Should add the universality place note in the swimming section as well.
  • In the swimming section, both athlete's debut and qualification can be mentioned together in the same sentence. Also, both of them could be said in the same paragraph.
  • Add an alt text for the image.
  • Qualification articles seem unnecessary for the hatnote. Could just link them in the prose wherever necessary.

That's all. Vestrian24Bio 12:38, 20 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@Vestrian24Bio, that is because the USA has no other related appearances at the Paralympics. Otherwise  Done. History6042😊 (Contact me) 13:22, 20 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
  • Source spot-check: pass

All else good, passing for GA. Vestrian24Bio 13:30, 20 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
