Brookesmith Independent School District
Brookesmith Independent School District is a public school district based in the community of Brookesmith, Texas (USA). Located in Brown County,[1] a small portion of the district extends into Mills County.[2]
Academic achievement
In 2009, the school district was rated "academically acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency.[3]

Brookesmith ISD has two campuses -
- Brookesmith High School (Grades 9-12)
- Brookesmith Elementary School (Grades PK-8)
Special programs
Athletics
Brooksmith High School plays six-man football.
