• Weakest of keeps Ibay's membership in the Manila City Council has been mostly nondescript until recently. Elections are in May 2025, and this early, politicians are jockeying for positions. Ibay is a councilor representing the youth as the city president of the Manila Sangguniang Kabataan (youth council); normally, such councilors are the council's committee chairperson on youth and sports. However, she was unseated recently and this has caused controversy if that was even allowed. So her notability is on this WP:1E, but this is not the last time we'd see her as a politician.
