    • Alter lead/first-sentence to reflect name change.
    • Modify infobox: Name at top of infobox and add "Texas State University-San Marcos" to former names list.
    • Change other instances of, now, old name (Rankings section, alumni section, external links, categories).
    • Move {{Texas State University–San Marcos}} (May need admin assistance) and change names in template.
