Robert James Shuter (born 16 July 1973) is a journalist, gossip columnist, magazine editor, talk-show host, and author.[1]
Overview
In 2007, Shuter became the Executive Editor of the American edition of OK! magazine.[2] During his tenure, the magazine reached its millionth issue[3] and secured high-profile exclusives, including an interview with Britney Spears during a period of personal and multiple professional challenges.[4]
In 2013, Shuter became a co-host of the VH1 daily morning entertainment news and gossip series, The Gossip Table.[5][6]

Shuter previously worked at Dan Klores Communications, where he represented clients such as Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson, Alicia Keys, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Jon Bon Jovi, Naomi Campbell, and Paris Hilton.[citation needed]
Magazine Editing
After representing Us Weekly, Shuter joined OK! magazine at the suggestion of its owner, Richard Desmond.[citation needed] During his editorship, the magazine published exclusives such as Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn's reunion with Larry Birkhead, Eva Longoria's wedding, and baby pictures of Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Alba, and Sheryl Crow. At the same time, OK! rose in market share, surpassing Life & Style in the competitive celebrity weekly category.[7]
Television - Naughty But Nice With Rob
Shuter hosted the half-hour talk show Naughty But Nice with Rob, produced by Mark Cuban's HDNet. The pilot featured celebrity guests such as Molly Sims, Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and Michael Lohan. The show premiered on 6 November 2010.[8]
Personal life
Shuter married Grammy Award winning songwriter Bruce Sussman on October 29, 2011.[7]
