Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Hoary was:
This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Reliable sources are required so that information can be verified. If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Iconographer K.A. Pavlov // Newspaper for All. No. 13, 1936, p. 12. This looks like an article in some periodical. But I cannot find "Newspaper for All" at Worldcat. Do the article and periodical actually have these titles, or are they translated here from titles in Russian, Latvian, or some other language? If they're translated, provide the original titles.

E. Kvesit. Young Russian icon painters from Riga. // Today. No. 63, 1935 This again looks like an article in some periodical. But which Today is this? Do the article and periodical actually have these titles, or are they translated here from titles in Russian, Latvian, or some other language? If they're translated, provide the original titles.

"Aleksandrova, Viktoriya. Pavlov K. A. – Old Belief in the Baltics and Poland. Vilnius: Aidai, 2005, pp. 274–275. This looks like a book. But I cannot find it at Worldcat. Is this the actual title, or is it translated here from a title in Russian, Latvian, or some other language? If it's translated, provide the original titles. Provide the ISBN, if it has one; and an OCLC number, if it doesn't.

As for the other four cited sources, where and how may a reader of this article consult them?

Also, cut the biographical details about Pavlov's descendants.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Thank you very much for your review! I edited three links - provided the original names in Russian, I found the "Newspaper for All" in Worldcat and included a link to it. I found a news paper "Today" - and included a link. Provided an ISBN for the book in which the article is published. "Aleksandrova, Viktoriya. Pavlov K. A. – Old Belief in the Baltics and Poland. Vilnius: Aidai, 2005, pp. 274–275.
I do not how to edit the archived references from the Church book. The book is in the Latvian State Historical Archives https://www.arhivi.gov.lv/en/department/latvian-state-historical-archive Would you like me to delete those?
I cut the info about the descendants.
Thanks again for help with the page.
