It has been a while since this article has been reviewed, so I took a look and noticed lots of uncited statements, including entire paragraphs. The layout of the article is also confusing: what is the Bibliography section and what information is it trying to tell readers? Is this supposed to be after the references, as outlined in MOS:ORDER?
