@SafariScribe I read it. The encyclopedic nature is IMHO not to be questioned. I believe the previous problems of the draft have been resolved. Your draft has many problems: He is very reserved about his private life, so much so that his real name is not listed anywhere, to not create conflict with his research activity is a pure WP:NPOV; we don't need non encyclopedic contents.
