Ok, the article is good but you just need to fix a few of those spelling mistakes such as you have Pha in stead of Hpa and a sentence near the end should say that the rainfall was due to the cloud-seeding. Also we need links to the newspaper articles that you cite. when you fix these things I would be happy to pass you article, but for now I will put it on hold. I fixed a few typos, but the one you mention is actually correct. Also, the rain was do to cloud seeding, as its effects took more than a week to show. The newspaper articles were form an offline source, so I can not link them. YE Tropical Cyclone 03:30, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
