Talk:Disappearance of Katherine E. Hull

Citations

I have tagged this article as needing more citations for various reasons. I had originally tagged this article as only having one source but additional citations have been added. Of the three sources now cited by this article, one needs a subscription to view and the other two refer to the same book by Michael Dooling, but neither supplied URL directly provides access to the text of the book. The best available information is little more than a publisher's summary of the book and this fails verification for the place in the article where it is cited. Essentially, the article is without a verifiable on-line source. There are other sources that cover this disappearance to some degree, such as [1], [2], [3], [4]. While these might not be reliable sources, these do confirm some of the facts in the article and some also allude to newspaper reports that probably have potential to be used as sources, too. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 03:55, 16 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Speculation

This article reports there is some speculation that this disappearance is the work of a serial killer. However, the article is not specific about who is the author making such speculation. Based on the context in which this is mentioned, there is only one person who is making this speculation and the article should state who it is and provide citations to back up the claim, rather than require readers to read between the lines and guess who it is. Just as Wikipedia does not speculate, it shouldn't require its readers to speculate either. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 04:13, 16 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
