This wasn't the first attack against Israeli citizens. When you click the footnote it didn't go there. There were many other attacks against citizens before this. It didn't start with the cave massacre like it's insinuating. Mypart1 (talk) 04:40, 26 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The bus stop attacked served as a de-facto school bus stop, serving the Ben-Gurion middle school that existed there at that time. The attack narrowly missed a huge gathering of grade 7-9 school children that would be boarding a local commuter bus to Afula-Illit and Givat-ha-More and instead hit a different, less loaded bus.
