Artsrun Hovhannisyan appears to be one of the first military specialists in Armenia to publicly discuss topics that were previously unfamiliar or underrepresented in local discourse. He is considered a pioneer in his field—deeply knowledgeable, widely respected, and a committed patriot. It is quite rare to see someone from the post-Soviet military establishment express such progressive and liberal viewpoints. I believe his contributions have the potential to shape the future of the Republic of Armenia in meaningful ways. Artsrun Hovhannisyan is a prominent Armenian military theorist, educator, and public communicator whose contributions span academia, media, and defense strategy.
