"In circumstances that are not serious (vandalism, disruptive editing, edit warring) versus serious violations (such as egregious, blatant, or libelous BLP violations, sockpuppetry, or long-term abuse)." Can we add inserting links to YouTube videos that is made by a creator with membership or YouTube channels with memberships (The join button) to the serious circumstances.
