Even President OF U.S. Barak Obama has moved the Bill in 2006. and it is not alternative medicine as there already exists a page in Wikidocs with the heading Personalised medicine^[1] As this term has been in use since 2006 it is older than two years.^{[2] [3]} It does not violate the rule A7 and A9 of Notability.
