Reason: Requested unblock/softening. Another ST47 block which looks to be excessive. Converge ICT Solutions DO offer co-location, but they also offer residential fibre internet connections. This seems to be the latter. Outside of just this request I want to make 2 others

Requesting an unblock for this range (which came up in an ACC request): although this ISP offers residential, business, and data center services, I don't see anything indicating this range is for webhosting. The ISP is PureVoltage Hosting, which, as you might expect, offers colocation/webhost services, apparently including anonymizing VPNs and public proxies.
