John-joe123 (talk · contribs) – John-joe123 is a very informative and helping person on articles such as Playstation 3 and Seventh generation video game consoles, he's knows alot about these topics and I think he should become an Administrator so he can help improve the articles and other articles in the future. Questions for the candidate
Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. It is recommended that you answer these optional questions to provide guidance for participants:
- 1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
- A: I intend to Improve articles to do with video games and video game consoles, and other articles in the future, I also intend to Sort out disputes between editors and to end edit wars, I will also help new users on wikipedia and show them the basics and how to get started if they find the instructions difficult to understand.--John-joe123 (talk) 12:33, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- 2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
- A: I think my best contributions are as I said above towards video game articles and even some Television and film articles, I also have an interest in The animal kingdom, I also know alot about some music, I think these are my best contributions because I know Much about these subjects and BecauseI will Improve them in the future aswell as the present.--John-joe123 (talk) 12:33, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- 3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- A: Well, 2 users described be as being in an edit war once, I apologized sincerely and have not done any harm to the articles since, BUT these users have caused me alot of stress, they considered my edits vandalism when the information I added to the article was true and was even on another related article, they also said I needed cititations for my edits even though the information I added was on as I said above another related article, 1 user In particular has caused me alot of stress and even gave me a ling to a page not even on wikipedia which contained a swear word and described me as this word.--John-joe123 (talk) 12:33, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Incomplete nomination. Nominator offered to nominate on their first edit [1]. Recently warned for 3RR? I'd recommend you just untransclude this - in fact it's probably deleteable as it's malformed. Pedro : Chat 12:52, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose, sorry. 127 edits is not nearly enough to properly get Wikipedia policy. Also rather concerning is the nomination by a user whose only edits are to nominate you for RFA. // roux 12:55, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Oppose and strongly suspect that Theplaystation3dude is a sock puppet. ChimpanzeeUK - User | Talk | Contribs 12:56, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Strongest oppose I will probably ever make since this RfA hasn't even been made correctly and the user nominmated for adminship has very little experience, a histroy of edit warring and disruption. Also, the possibility of sock puppetry is a big negative! Suggest WP:SNOW. John Sloan (view / chat) 13:06, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
