Millions of claims, none supported. Of the few citations provided, most are dead. Just one example - it says in lead "His Research contributions have immensely benefited the armed forces in particular and society at large" and support this with an article, which is indeed the praise of the work of DRDO where he acted as a spokesperson being the Chief Controller of R&D.   • I would very much suspect that an article on someone holding a similar position in the United States would be kept. I think he was more than a mid-level civil servant. He was controller of life sciences R&D for the whole Indian defence establishment, as well as a clearly respected academic. The size of the country is irrelevant.
