• Weak keep The Greenville Standard is his hometown paper and had a fairly detailed article about him in 2017 when he was promoted to BG. There are a number of articles about various highlights in his career, new promotions and postings, and a more detailed article in the Las Vegas Sun in 2014, as well as this article in the Greenville Advocate. The Greenville ones are local papers to be sure, but there is a fair bit available from the USAF in his bio here (I know there is an argument here about what constitutes independence from the subject, but the USAF is not controlled by Boutwell, so what it publishes about him is at arm's length from he himself - ie the subject) and USAF/aviation-related journals and magazines, as well as snippets on career highlights in various news articles.
