WP:DICTDEF - and it seems this word might not even meeting WP:GNG - the full non-acronym phrase does not garner many search hits - mainly FLIR related (e.g. [1]) - might be some other term for Milspeced COTS - FLIR ain't the first to do this.Icewhiz (talk) 08:09, 29 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
