Article fails WP:NOTABILITY and Biography of Living Persons Policy, therefore I have nominated it for deletion. Nobody expects the UnexpectedSmoreInquisition (talk)! 17:24, 5 October 2023 (UTC)

- Keep: How could this possibly run afoul of WP:BLP when he died over 600 years ago? Anyways, I think he pretty unambiguously meets WP:GNG. The article in Russian Wikipedia has several sources, including 3 quite extensive entries in various biographical dictionaries (Brockhaus and Efron Encyclopedic Dictionary [1], Russian Biographical Dictionary [2], and [3]), among several other listed sources. I've also been able to find coverage in English-language literature, including in [4]. Curbon7 (talk) 20:02, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
- Keep BLP absolutely does not apply here, and sufficient sources exist to demonstrate notability. – dudhhr talkcontribssheher 21:46, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
- @Curbon7@Dudhhr Oh. Yeah, forgot they had to be LIVING. Also didn't make the obvious decision to check Russian Wikipedia on a Russian person, just thought the translator would carry the sources over. That's rather embarrassing, sorry people. Will remove the tag. Nobody expects the UnexpectedSmoreInquisition (talk)! 11:21, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
