In general, this template should only be applied by Administrators or Clerks as part of the Sockpuppet investigations process.

There are good reasons for this: sometimes tags are intentionally not added, also they are added with specific parameters blocked/proven/confirmed with very precise meanings, and never without second parameter like you did here. Maybe you should read it. It begins “On general”, not “always”. I’ll keep doing it, as your deleting of several tags from the same sock is a massive pain in the arse and a backwards step: there are now a batch of connected socks that are not showing as being connected, which is stupid. - SchroCat (talk) 21:58, 8 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
