Roger Roosevelt Pearman is the founder and CEO of Leadership Performance Systems, Inc., His career has involved positions as a former college professor, psychotherapist, and corporate vice president, and he is past president of the Association for Psychological Type and a recipient of the Isabel Briggs Myers Research Award. He coauthored the best-selling I'm Not Crazy, I'm Just Not You, he is affiliated with the Center for Creative Leadership.[1] [2]
