Pharmaceutical Bioinformatics

Pharmaceutical bioinformatics concerns the data management and data analysis of pharmacological data. Pharmaceutical bioinformatics may be defined as method development and application of bioinformatics and cheminformatics for solving pharmaceutical or pharmacological problems. Pharmaceutical bioinformatics borrows methods, algorithms etc from other areas listed below, i.e. it somewhat overlaps with the areas of chemoinformatics, chemometrics, bioinformatics, and pharmacology.
