Internatonal films

Add films like Roadside Romeo, The Book of Masters, The Last Warrior, and the latter's sequels.

Typo in "Number of films per decade"

I noticed that there is a typo in the "Number of films per decade" list. For the year 2012, it says that there are 7 films when there are actually 8 films released by Walt Disney Pictures in 2012.

Could you fix this typo?

Semi-protected edit request on 23 August 21: "In development" section

I think there should be an "In development" section for this article because on List of Walt Disney Studios films (2020-2029), there are Walt Disney Pictures movies in the In development section (including a Robin Hood and a Bambi remake). Could you add that section to this article?

Not done: These films all have reliable sources confirming their development, and until they are confirmed to be canceled, they are in development. SmittenGalaxy | talk! 09:03, 19 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Split by decade

Currently, this list is possibly way too long for us to read and navigate comfortably. I propose that this article be split. Each article that will be split from this page shall be split into sections by year. The only exception is List of Walt Disney Pictures films (2020–2029), whose sections include as follows: Released • Upcoming (Undated films · In development). If agreed, I will do the split. One-Winged Devil (talk) 17:26, 17 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The sections aren't long enough, so there's no need to split it into pages. 2A04:4A43:8E9F:F3D3:146C:D984:A804:2DA7 (talk) 22:11, 17 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think splitting into 9 different articles makes navigation easier than having it all on one page. I think it makes sense for this page to stay how it is. Daphne Morrow (talk) 11:22, 25 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe group them better. Instead, group them from (1937-1950) and then (1951-2000), then (2001-present). Voicebox64 (talk) 18:21, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I find this list very helpful for locating films the way it is now. I feel like it would make it more difficult to have to navigate from one article to another. ChristyMacNeill (talk) 09:23, 28 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think splitting the article into separate pages by decade is necessary. It should be left how it is.
Any split should be Walt Disney Productions (1937-1984) and Walt Disney Pictures (1985-present) i.e the original regime ended with Ron Miller around 1983 to 1985 and new regime started with Micheal Eisner in 1984 to 1986. By decide makes not much sense form 1937 to 1984 as the number of films released in that time frame are ca 130-140. The post Eisner era might make sense though 157.157.160.134 (talk) 22:46, 5 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Splitting it will only make it more complicating. It's really easy to find everything via the contents list. Having to switch between different pages makes no sense. 85.148.150.93 (talk) 09:51, 16 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I honestly don't agree with that, the list is fine as it is. TheDutchArchivist (talk) 10:12, 4 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
