This article needs further attention and modification, so this has rated as stub class. The article is marked as High importance as it deals with the discussion of Puranic view of Big-Bang. If you think, I've done wrong undo my changes.--Soumit Banerjee (talk) 08:54, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
How is Wendy Doniger's comment relevant in this? There have been several Indology experts who have quoted on Brahmanda purana. Why is she being quoted in this article? I propose to remove her comment from this article. Chandroos (talk) 15:51, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately, you have not given any reason to remove her. In fact, the strong political bias against this well respected scholar who is a frequent target of hindutva grandstanding speaks to how her perspective might be different than Indian academics and hence good color for the article. There is nothing wrong with quoting her here and nothing wrong with the quote itself. If you find the information to be wrong or have a better source for it that would be a reason to remove it. If you have a rebuttal to what she says then find a quote that disagrees and we will add it as well to balance the perspective. We will not be simply censoring Doniger like the Indian government. Please express a reason why she should be removed...we do not consider too many expert opinions a reason to remove something here.Iṣṭa Devatā (talk) 00:41, 17 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
