La Mia Vita Violenta (Italian for "My Violent Life", inspired by the title of a 1959 novel by Italian author Pier Paolo Pasolini) is the second studio album by Japanese-Canadian alternative rock band Blonde Redhead. It was released in September 4, 1995 by Smells Like Records.[5]
