General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.
Overall: Can't access "Suffering Nature, Suffering Humans: After London As A Portrayal of Anthropocentric Violence" but willing to take it on faith. Hook is interesting enough to accept, though perhaps it should include the year? "climate fiction" feels sufficiently modern than the contrast with 1885 could add interest.
