It looks like somebody copied and pasted stuff from Marshall Cavendish to Wikipedia. The likely reason for the website being inaccessible may be due to the fact that he/she copied a text from a paid textbook(I know this for a fact because I also own a few Marshall Cavendish textbooks. They’re only there for 1.5 yrs before they get removed) that can only be used by the user himself/herself.
