It premiered on November 15, 2021 on the network's Telebabad line up. The series concluded on February 11, 2022 with a total of 65 episodes.

According to AGB Nielsen Philippines' Nationwide Urban Television Audience Measurement People in television homes, the pilot episode of I Left My Heart in Sorsogon earned a 12.1% rating.[9] The final episode scored a 13.6% rating.[10]
