On the article it implies that these two terms are one and the same, but there is a nuanced difference. Entrepreneurship ecosystem seems more closely aligned to Startup Communities, while entrepreneurial ecosystem is inclusive of many aspects of the ecosystem community and not only the startups (systems and other components of the environment). Also there are a myriad of definitions for "entrepreneur". In a few days we will host one of the largest convenings of entrepreneurial ecosystem builders, one of the projects we will be working on is to advance the information shared about "entrepreneurial ecosystem building" and will likely vector that term and build out.
