Personal Life

Can the Personal Life section be updated? It refers to 2021. 03:18, 23 April 2025 (UTC)

No, that's the most recent source. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 12:11, 23 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I will request a second opinion as to whether a Good Article status is appropriate for a living person for whom there has been no new information in the past four years. Robert McClenon (talk) 17:31, 23 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the review. That's not that long ago though. He's retired from playing football. Are you expecting a new article about him every year? ("This Just In: Kasey Peters is still living in Mexico") Regardless, the text says "As of 2021". It doesn't say "currently", even though all of that stuff still appears to be true based off a look at his instagram page. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 18:01, 23 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
2nd opinion wasn't tagged correctly on the talk page. I fixed it. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 02:56, 24 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Images

I am placing this article on hold because it doesn't have any photographs of the subject, but they can probably be added within a few days. I expect that I will be able to pass the article after media are added. Robert McClenon (talk) 00:30, 27 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think there are any free images. I've searched Google Images, Flickr, and Youtube but nothing has the right license. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 17:17, 27 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Second Opinion Questions

I would like the advice of a more experienced Good Article reviewer on two points. First, the article has no information about the personal life of the subject in the past four years. Is that consistent with a Good Article? Second, it appears that there are no available free images of the subject. Is that consistent with a Good Article? Robert McClenon (talk) 15:18, 30 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Interesting questions, but I think both of these are fine, Robert McClenon. The GA criteria only require that if media with acceptable copyright status is appropriate and readily available, then such media should be provided, and that the article covers all relevant aspects of the topic. If there is no new relevant information, then there's nothing else to include. This happens fairly often after BLPs retire. Eddie891 Talk Work 10:52, 30 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

My questions have been answered and this article satisfies the Good Article criteria/ Robert McClenon (talk) 15:18, 30 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
