English: A fusion plasma superconducting electromagnetic thruster with a large liquifying hydrogen tanker dips down with an elliptical orbit just inside Saturns atmosphere (which is about -150°C), where hydrogen levels are high enough, and pressurizes the hydrogen to 1.2 MPa (12 bar) in the tanker into liquid hydrogen. The fusion plasma thruster does an escape burn on the other side of the planet a few hours later when the tanker is full of liquified hydrogen to head back to the location to deliver the liquified hydrogen (probably Titan), where there is a space elevator to dock at in space and send the hydrogen down the space elevator tube. The tanker design is over 1,000 feet long and 100 feet in diameter and could hold around 8 million cubic feet of liquid hydrogen which is slightly more than a conventional maritime LNG ship could carry of liquified natural gas, but hydrogen is less energy dense then natural gas by about 1/3, so it would be less energy than a conventional maritime LNG ship could carry.
