Dear All, I have just finished working on Indexes of Uganda-related articles. There is an index of Kenya-related articles and another index for Tanzania-related articles. Based on those observations I think an index of Rwanda related articles is appropriate. In addition, there is a template: "Index of Africa-related articles". Under this template, there are blanks for each African Country. In fact that is where I started my editing; by clicking on the blank for Rwanda.
