- Image looks like an advertisement or a posed, professional shot. Unlikely that the uploader holds the rights. Leo 00:04, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Screenshot of copyrighted work. Doesn't look like the uploader is the actual copyright holder. Eeekster (talk) 00:08, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Eekster has stated as the reason for flagging this image that she/he doesn't believe I own the copyright for it. I wrote the game in it's entirety, so can assure you that I own the copyright for it, and am obviously therefore free to take screenshots of it. I do realise that anyone could say this, however if you visit my website at www.dizzystories.co.uk, you'll see the game available there, along with others. You can also email me using the email on there, and I will verify that I am the owner, and am free to upload a screenshot here. Thanks! Peakhiker (talk) 21:57, 16 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Thanks for the reply Peahiker, nothing on the website shows that the images have been release as Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License as it clearly states All rights reserved. You can either change your website to clearly show the image with an appropriate release which is normally the easiest way, or follow the procedure at Wikipedia:Donating_copyrighted_materials#Granting_us_permission_to_copy_material_already_online. - Thanks MilborneOne, I'll get something up on the site about Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License within a day or two, and edit this post when I have done. Peakhiker (talk) 22:40, 2 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- I have now attached the relevant Creative Commons License to my website, authorising use of the games (plus images etc of those games) in accordance with the license. As this has now been done, and is checkable (www.dizzystories.co.uk), I will re-upload the file as soon as you acknowledge that I am ok to do so. Thanks! - At best this is a derivative work with trademark issues. Eeekster (talk) 03:50, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete: this 1990 [1] postage stamp is falsely licenced by the uploader as public domain but is still copyright per Commons:Stamps/Public domain#Pakistan. Fair-use does not allow the use of stamps in biographies per WP:NFC#Images and without any critical commentary about the stamp itself fails it also WP:NFCC#8. ww2censor (talk) 16:51, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Note: This image is currently tagged as non-free. If there is a dispute with the rationale, please tag the image with {{dfu}} or list it at WP:Non-free content review. Otherwise, unless there is another reason for listing here, the listing will be closed by an administrator and the image kept. AnomieBOT⚡ 19:07, 16 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Actually the image is tagged 'both as non-free and as public domain but it is clearly unfree so is a copyright violation and/or fails WP:NFCC. Either way it needs to be deleted. ww2censor (talk) 21:40, 24 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
