The MÁV Személyszállítási Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt.) (English:MÁV Passenger Transport Co.) (before 2025: MÁV-START Zrt.) is one of subsidiarities of the Hungarian State Railways. The MÁV-HÉV Helyiérdekű Vasút Zrt. and Volánbusz Zrt. merge with on January 1, 2025. The headquarters of the company is the former headquarters of Volánbusz, the Népliget bus station.

Activity

It operates almost all the long-distance and interlocal bus routes in the capital agglomeration, the country, as well as the majority of the local (bus) transport networks of the cities (in Szeged, only bus transport and the tram-train).
