- Book:1941 meteorology → Book:1941 Atlantic hurricane season (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
Delete as a redirect that is likely to cause confusion (WP:RFD#D2). Meteorology is a a field of study and encompasses much more than just Atlantic hurricane seasons. -- Black Falcon (talk) 21:41, 20 October 2019 (UTC)

I can't find any evidence that this acronym is particularly associated with the target. Not mentioned in the target, and internet searches for "S4Y" turned up only unrelated results. I would suggest deletion unless a justification can be provided. signed, Rosguill talk 21:14, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- "Strike for youth", perhaps, but I can't see any widespread use of that phrase. Agree that it should be deleted unless someone can explain further. — Bilorv (talk) 23:06, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- Delete as no primary topic. Searches point to local businesses or a zip code in Regina, Saskatchewan per List of postal codes of Canada: S but not really any prominent coverage of such. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 22:52, 21 October 2019 (UTC)

Unnecessary double disambiguator. Delete. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 13:30, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- I don't remember creating this redirect (or why). Having looked I agree that it is unnecessary so delete.— Rod talk 13:34, 20 October 2019 (UTC)

There is no indication why this redirects here. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 12:50, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- It's not immediately obvious, but the "Deri Law" is the 2001 bill referred to in the target article [1]. PC78 (talk) 15:50, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- Yes, I see. I've amended the article. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 16:23, 22 October 2019 (UTC)

- Dari County → Darlag County (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
There is no indication of why this redirects here. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 12:13, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- From the page history: "
Dari is the pinyin of this county's name
". PC78 (talk) 12:27, 20 October 2019 (UTC) - Keep. My edit summary on 5 October 2009 clearly explains that "Dari is the pinyin of this county's name". Article Darlag County also has given hanyu pinyin "Dárì Xiàn" as a transcription in Template:Infobox Chinese on its page. And Darlag County's government website URL is dari.gov.cn. So Dari County is an alternative name of Darlag County and can be a redirect page. --Neo-Jay (talk) 13:31, 20 October 2019 (UTC)

Okay, maybe I missed it. This isn't listed in the character sections, looked at imdb, thought it might be in the film credits, but it isn't, either as a character, or an actor. Can't find it mentioned anywhere in the target article. Onel5969 TT me 12:03, 20 October 2019 (UTC)

- The result of the discussion was withdrawn. An article now exists at this title, which invalidates the original deletion rationale. (non-admin closure) Geolodus (talk) 08:05, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- Berthold Litzmann → de:Berthold Litzmann (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
Inappropriate interlanguage redirect. Someone searching for this person in the English-language wiki would most likely not want to see his German-language article. Geolodus (talk) 05:16, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- It shouldn't be a redirect any longer. I was trying to link to a page on de.wp from within a cite template. This person (Berthold Litzmann) is the author of a cited reference on a page here. I couldn't figure out how to wikilink to de.wp, so I thought I'd just turn the local redlink into a bluelink and create his page on this end in en.wp. I started reading about redirects, but I couldn't figure out how to do that either, so I just put a standard ILL in a simple sentence. This can be later turned into a real page for Litzmann here on en.wp.
- However, I've now figured out how to wikilink to de.wp to the Litzmann page directly from within the cite template, so the en page is no longer necessary to me. I see that someone has now turned it into a soft redirect, and you all don't like that and want it deleted. It isn't supposed to be a redirect anymore; we no longer need it for that. I will change it back to what I had ended up with: a real page with a temporary link on it telling the viewer to check out the German page for now, but with the future possibility of duplicating the German page in translation, if someone wants to work on that.
- However, since my initial problem that prompted the desire for this page is solved, we don't need it anymore. Do with it what ye will. Chuckstreet (talk) 07:13, 20 October 2019 (UTC)

- List of Paper Mario series characters → List of Mario role-playing games (talk · links · history · stats) [ Closure: //delete ]
There are no Paper Mario characters in the target page. It's just a misleading redirect. ミラP 21:14, 10 October 2019 (UTC)
- Retarget to List of Mario franchise characters, which includes information on the subject. - Eureka Lott 02:14, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
Please add new comments below this notice. Thanks, -- Tavix (talk) 00:09, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- Comment: I am not certain about the proposed List of Mario franchise characters target page as the list does not include a lot of the unique characters from the Paper Mario series. I think the redirect should be deleted as the individual characters introduced in each of the Paper Mario installments are already discussed in each of the individual Wikipedia entries. Aoba47 (talk) 04:25, 20 October 2019 (UTC)
- Retarget per EurekaLott. Missing characters can (and should) be added to that list. Wug·a·po·des 04:20, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
- Comment: Characters in the Paper Mario series should probably also be considered. --Paul_012 (talk) 15:50, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
- That redirects to List of Mario role-playing games. Wug·a·po·des 16:10, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
- Yes, and if this redirect is retargeted, that one probably should be as well. Is it too late to add it to this RfD? --Paul_012 (talk) 16:34, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
- It’s a bit late. However, considering how similar the two redirects are retargeting Characters in the Paper Mario series should be an uncontroversial follow.--69.157.252.96 (talk) 16:40, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
