Based on this source, the series was renamed after a change in concept. It looks like the common thread is Sanjeeda Sheikh in the role of Sejal Mehta, with casts that are otherwise different. I'm split on whether or not these two articles should be merged, because it kind of feels like Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage was more of a spin-off than just a name change, but I thought I'd raise the question.
