Notability
In response to the prod template, I can't access the full source, but https://www.google.co.uk/books/edition/Breaking_Gridlock/D7MrAAAAYAAJ includes the snippet a second group, led by celebrated German car walker Michael Hartmann, clambered atop cars parked on the sidewalk, leaving signs that read, "I walked over your car because I didn't want to slide under it!"
- I think there may have been a small but defined movement here.
The lyonmag.com source also refers to it as un phénomène en provenance d'Allemagne
