Stary Węgliniec [ˈstarɨ vɛŋˈɡliɲɛt͡s] (Upper Sorbian: Alte Wěgliniec) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Węgliniec, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 km (2 mi) north-west of Węgliniec, 22 km (14 mi) north-east of Zgorzelec, and 130 km (81 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
