Patehla (Persian: پاتهلا, also Romanized as Pātehlā) is a village in Emamzadeh Seyyed Mahmud Rural District, Sardasht District, Dezful County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 35, in 6 families.[1]
